Kurasu Nishijinは、昨年の秋に西陣にオープンしたばかり。普段はロースタリーとして焙煎を中心に行っていますが、月に一度カフェとして営業しています。町家を改装して作られたオープンな空間には、カッコイイぴかぴかの焙煎機が。スタッフのReikaさん、Kousukeさんが毎月お店に立っているので、彼らに会いに来るリピートのお客様もしばしば。季節のブレンドや毎月変わるパウンドケーキを楽しむことができます。＊Kurasuに行きたいけれど第二土曜日に来るのが難しいという方はKurasu EbisugawaまたはKurasu Kyoto Stand へ。

Kurasu Nishijin just opened last fall. They normally do the roasting as a roasters, but opens the shop once a month as a cafe. In a spacious place where was renovated from machiya (traditional Kyoto-style house), there is shiny roasting machine. You can enjoy seasonal blend coffee and pound cakes in which the flavor changes each month. If you’d want to visit here but aren’t available when it’s open, you can go to Kurasu Ebisugawa or Kurasu Kyoto Stand to taste their coffee!
