北大路通り沿いにある昔ながらの喫茶店。平仮名で「こーひーとおしょくじ」と書かれたドアをくぐると昭和から時が止まったかのようなレトロな店内が広がります。ライトやソファもどこか懐かしさを感じさせるレトロなものですが、驚くことに昔のゲーム機がテーブルとして置かれている席があります。お食事で特におすすめしたいのが、フルーツパフェと小倉ホットケーキです。フルーツパフェは、たっぷり盛られたフルーツの甘酸っぱさとアイスのやわらかい甘さが最高のバランスです。また、小倉ホットケーキは顔くらいの大きさのホットケーキ2枚にたっぷりのあんことバターが添えられていて、こんな幸せなお腹いっぱいはあっていいのか…？と疑問を抱いてしまうほど大満足の食べ応えです。
It’s a retro cafe by Kitaoji road. When you go in, you’ll be amazed by the nostalgia of the place that looks like the time hasn’t passed since Showa era. Everything is nostalgic and retro, but especially the old game machine used as a table is the one standing out. For food, I recommend fruit parfait and Ogura pancake. The fruit parfait has lots of fruits, and the sourness of the fruits and the mild sweetness of ice cream are balancing out and makes it so tasty. Ogura pancake is a size of your face and you get two pieces with rich amount of sweet bean paste and butter. Both are super delicious and totally make you full!
