Tonga is a tonkatsu and Western-style restaurant located up Imadegawa Jofukuji Temple street. The retro sign with a Showa-era atmosphere is a nice touch. The tonkatsu is not Japanese style but Western style with demi-glace sauce, and the accompanying pasta and salad are also very tasty. It is a must-visit restaurant when exploring the Nishijin area.
