昭和30年に八百屋さんからお漬物屋さんになった千枚漬けが有名なお店。京都府産の「聖護院かぶら」・北海道利尻産の1等級「昆布」を秘伝の技術で漬け込んだ千枚漬けを求めて地元の方だけでなく、遠方からも訪れる方が多数。季節を感じることのできる旬のお野菜のお漬物も作られており、定期的に通いたくなります。素材の持つ本来の味を感じる昔ながらのお漬物を楽しめます。

This store, which became a pickle shop from a grocery store in 1955, is famous for its senmaizuke pickles. Many people visit not only locals but also from far away for their senmaizuke, which is made from “Shogoin kabura” (turnip) from Kyoto and grade 1 “kombu” (kelp) from Rishiri, Hokkaido, using a secret technique. The restaurant also produces seasonal vegetable pickles that make you want to come back regularly. You can enjoy old-fashioned pickles where you can feel the true flavor of the ingredients.
