哲学の道沿いにある、薪窯を使ったシンプルな料理のレストラン。
出てくる料理は、どれもこれも絶品です。薪窯で焼かれた素焼きの野菜は、過去に野菜で感じたことのないほどの甘みや旨味を感じる事が出来ます。また、季節に沿った魚料理や、ジビエのお肉料理も、クセなく美味しく食べる事が出来ます。
メインのピザは、数種類の中から選ぶ事が出来、素材はシンプルなのに深い味わいがあり、生地、チーズ、具材の味わいがとてもバランスよく口の中に広がります。
最初に出てくる、ピザ生地の素焼きで生地の旨味を確かめ、メインでさらに進化したものを食べる。最高です。

It’s a restaurant with simple dishes using wood-fired stove, located in the Philosopher’s Road.
The foods they serve are all delicious. Wood-fire-grilled vegetables are amazing with sweetness and umami that you’ve never experienced before. Seasonal fish dishes, game dishes are tasty as well. For pizzas which are the main dishes that you can choose from several options, they are simple but the flavor is rich and dough, cheese and other ingredients combine altogether into the mouth so nicely.
