It’s a Yakiimo (Japanese-style baked sweet potatoes) shop with a unique baking method using a huge jar. Their Yakiimo cooked with charcoal fire on low heat for long hours, is nicely gooey and soggy with natural sweet flavor. Since it bakes with heat instead of actual fire, it doesn’t burn the skin and you can enjoy every part of the Yakiimo.
