本場四川の唐辛子と山椒を使用した本格的な四川料理を楽しめるお店です。特に有名なのが他店とは比べ物にならないほど山椒が良く効いている麻婆豆腐。山椒の強烈な味と痺れのあとに来るしっかりとした辛さと旨味が癖になり、 常連になる人が続出しています。単品メニューも充実しており、本格的な香辛料を使った四川料理が食べたい時にはここに行くべき。

This restaurant offers authentic Sichuan cuisine, using authentic Sichuan peppers and Japanese pepper. The restaurant is particularly famous for its mapo doufu, which is extraordinarily well seasoned with Japanese pepper compared to other restaurants. The strong taste and numbness of the pepper, followed by the spiciness and flavour, is so addictive that many people have become regulars. There is also an extensive a la carte menu, so if you want authentic spicy Sichuan cuisine, this is the place to go.
