This is a traditional set menu resutaurant with a focus on Chinese cuisine, located just a short distance from Doshisha University. It is crowded with regular customers, including students and locals. “Butajiru” is a specialty of the restaurant, and is made with chicken and pork bone broth and a large amount of vegetables simmered in miso. The summer-only chilled chinese noodles with simple toppings will give you a sense of nostalgia.
