ラーメン激戦区の一乗寺にあるつけ麺の名店。鶏と豚を長時間炊き、旨味を凝縮させた動物系スープにサバ節を主体とした風味豊かな魚介系スープを合わせた、奥深い濃厚スープが絶品。麺はもっちりとコシのあるうどん並みの極太麺でスープと良く絡んで食べ応え抜群。麺を食べ終えた後はスープ割がおすすめ。イワシと昆布の出汁が加わり、また違った味を楽しめます。

A famous Tsukemen(dipping noodles) restaurant located in Ichijiyoji,hotspot for Ramen.The soup is made by cooking chicken and pork for a lomg time to condense the flavor of the animal broth,and combining it with a flavorful seafood broth made mainly from smoke for mackerel.This soup is so deep and rich.Also,the noodles are as thick as udon noodles with a chewy texture and are well mixed with the soup,making you very satisfying!After finished the noodles,I recommend you to add hot soup.You can enjoy different taste.
